How quickly will my item be shipped?
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment unless the post office is closed due to a federal holiday. Typically we ship every day, so most items will be shipped within 24 hours.
Do you combine items to reduce shipping cost?
We can for certain items. Please contact us with the list of items you are interested in to learn how much the total shipping will be.
What is the return policy?
We are committed to making sure your purchases are completely satisfactory. If you feel a product is not as pictured or that the quality of the product does not meet your standards, please contact our staff within 7 days for a refund. Unfortunately after 7 days, the sales are considered final and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited for future store purchases. Return shipping charges are not refunded.
